BURNZ Fashion Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a no questions asked return policy within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, we will assess each case individually.  We will not offer refunds on products we have had to order in or manufacture specifically on order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, no refund is offered on sale items.

A handling fee of 20% will be retained on all goods returned that have been correctly supplied and on goods returned outside the 7 days that BURNZ Fashion agree to take back.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items sold on special or promotion
  • Specially Order items

Refunds (if applicable)

Should you wish to return an item for exchange or refund: First please notify us by e-mail: sales@burnz.co.za. To complete your return, we require the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Returns need to be sent or delivered to our premises: BURNZ Fashion C.C., Unit G09 Pinelands Business Park, Ardeer Road, Modderfontein, 1609, Johannesburg.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges & Warranty Claims

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacture.

All exchange or warranty claim items must be returned at the clients expense to:

Return Shipping

Note: Return shipping and subsequent delivery shipping is for the customers cost.

To return your product, you should mail or deliver your product to: BURNZ Fashion C.C., Unit G09 Pinelands Business Park, Ardeer Road, Modderfontein, 1609, Johannesburg.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
